D12-7 Rocket Engine (Sold in store only)

Estes – The Estes D12-7 model rocket engine is a powerful 24mm diameter motor designed to elevate your rocketry experience. Ideal for single-stage rockets weighing less than 8 ounces (226 grams), this engine delivers impressive thrust and altitude capabilities. Each pack includes two engines, two starters, and four starter plugs, providing everything you need for multiple exhilarating launches.

With a total impulse of 20.00 Newton-seconds and a burn time of approximately 1.6 seconds, the D12-7 offers robust performance for your model rockets. The 7-second delay between thrust and parachute deployment allows rockets to reach optimal altitude before initiating a safe descent. This delay is particularly suitable for lightweight rockets designed for high-altitude flights.
